About the Imagination Library of Fairmont Hot Springs and Canal Flats

The Imagination Library of Fairmont Hot Springs and Canal Flats is a local chapter of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a free book-gifting program that inspires a love of reading and learning in young children.

Each month, children under the age of five who are registered in our program receive a brand-new, high-quality book delivered right to their mailbox—at no cost to their families. These books are carefully selected to be age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive, helping children build early literacy skills, imagination, and confidence before they even start school.

Our local program proudly serves children and families in Fairmont Hot Springs and Canal Flats, British Columbia, made possible through the generosity of community sponsors, donors, and volunteers. Every contribution helps us continue sending books to local children—fostering a love of reading that can last a lifetime.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected community—one book at a time.
