Eligibility

Children from ages 0 – 5, living in eligible First Nation communities that have been identified as having limited access to libraries or bookstores.

Background

Since 2008, the First Nations Education Steering Committee (FNESC) has worked with the Dollywood Foundation and the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation (MIRR) to administer the Imagination Library Program to hundreds of children in rural First Nation communities in BC.
