Greater Victoria

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Greater Victoria provides free, high-quality, age-appropriate books each month to children from birth to age five who live in eligible areas of Greater Victoria.

Currently, enrollment is available for children residing in the V8R and V8Z postal codes. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are no fees to participate.

As a community-funded program, enrollment capacity depends on available local funding. If enrollment reaches capacity, families may join the program once additional funding becomes available.
