The Reading Partnership (TRP)
The Reading Partnership (TRP) is a non-profit organization addressing low literacy rates in Toronto’s Kingston-Galloway/Orton Park (KGO) neighbourhood. Since 2011, we have been committed to providing FREE, evidence-informed, fun programs that support families in low-income, high-potential communities, starting in Scarborough and now expanding across Canada.

We collaborate with educators, community partners, and parents/caregivers to create programs, tools, and experiences that help children build community, strong literacy skills, and confidence as readers. Our vision is that every child, in every community, has the literacy skills and self-determination to positively impact their world.

TRP x Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library 
TRP is proud to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to East Scarborough. Families receive a free, high-quality, age-appropriate book each month to spark a love of reading from birth to age five.
