The Norfolk  County Chapter of Dolly Parton Imagination Library was established in March 2018.  All registrations and correspondence can be directed to a Library Branch of the Norfolk County Public Library.  (Delhi, Port Dover, Port Rowan, Simcoe and Waterford).  Children between the ages of birth and 5 years old are welcome to apply.  Financial donations from individuals, organizations and businesses are always welcome.  Contact us by email at [email protected]
