UK Feedback and Complaint Policy
We welcome feedback about any part of our work. This includes our book gifting programme, communications, fundraising, data protection, or how we operate in general. If you’d like to share feedback or raise a concern, please use the form below. We aim to acknowledge all messages within five working days and will treat everything we receive fairly, respectfully and in confidence. If your feedback relates to a missing book, please contact your local programme partner in the first instance, as they manage registrations and deliveries locally.
