The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Cecil County is able to register children ages 0 - 5 for any child living in Cecil County, Maryland.
For a limited time this Spring,
we are able to offer Online Registration.
Once your child is registered it typically will take 6 - 8 weeks for their first book to arrive. Books are picked, packed and mailed from Tennessee to Cecil County.
If you have a change of address during the time your child in receiving books, please notify us as the post office is not able to forward the books. We must change the address in the database manually. Thanks!
