The Early Learner Success Initiative (ELSI) has a goal of improving school readiness, improve grade 3 reading rates, increase graduation rates, and improve financial stability in the community.
The overarching goal of ELSI is to ensure literacy success that will lead to financial stability for families in our community.
To make this possible, ELSI has 6 components. They are:
