Middletown

Russell Library, sponsored by the City of Middletown's ARPA grant committee, partners with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to mail a book every month to children who live in Middletown, Connecticut, from birth until age five. If you live in Middletown, please register your child (or children) to receive one free book every month per child. Children are eligible from the day after their birth until they turn age five, as long as they live in Middletown, Connecticut.
