Smart Start brings together all the people involved in a young child's life - families, teachers, doctors, caregivers, and others - to ensure that every child has what they need for healthy growth and development. Smart Start Partnership for Children provides opportunities for young children to succeed by improving the quality and availability of child care, providing support for at-risk parents to be better moms and dads, and increasing access to and use of health services for families with young children.
