Imagination Library of Oswego County (ILOC) is administered by the Literacy Coalition of Oswego County, in partnership with United Way of Greater Oswego County as the fiscal agent. ILOC is available to families living within the boundaries of the nine school districts of Oswego County. ILOC has delivered over 170,000 books since the program began in November 2018.
