Emerald City Rotary Foundation is sponsoring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Greenwood County as a first step in answering the pressing need for improving early childhood literacy in our community. Along with Dolly Parton, we believe that if you can read, you can do anything, dream anything, and be anything. Through the Imagination Library program, we want to ensure that all children have books at home, regardless of the environment in which they live.
