The Rutland Free Library is excited to offer a free specially chosen book monthly to children birth to age five living in Rutland City, Rutland Town, Mendon, Tinmouth and Ira. Each month, the Imagination Library mails a book directly to all registered children, addressed to them, at no cost to the children's family! We want to have all children in our community start kindergarden ready to learn!
