The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Cecil County is able to register children ages 0 - 5 for any child living in Cecil County, Maryland.
Great News - For the next 2 weeks starting August 1st - August 15th, online registration will be open for your convenience in registering you child.

Once your child is registered it typically will take 6 - 8 weeks for their first book to arrive. The registrations forms go into the Dollywood Foundation once a month only, usually on the first of each month.
Books are picked, packed and mailed from Tennessee to Cecil County.
If you have a change of address during the time your child in receiving books, please notify us as the post office is not able to forward the books. We must change the address in the database manually. Thanks!
